Pickup and Delivery details

Items purchased can either be picked up or scheduled for delivery to locations within Aransas, Kleberg, Nueces, and San Patricio counties.

*Pick-up is available Monday – Friday from 9:30am to 4:30pm or Saturday from 9:30am to 2:30pm. All items must be picked up within seven (7) business days from the date of purchase. If you are unable to pick up your items by the 7th business day, please call 361-289-1740 or email email@example.com to discuss rescheduling. Any items that are not picked up at the scheduled time or you have not otherwise communicated a different pick-up time, the items sold will be returned to stock. Refunds are not allowed. However, you may return your item within 14 days of initial purchase for store credit. All returns for online purchases are at the final discretion of the Store Management. We reserve the right to decline a return.
Pick-up Instructions: When you arrive to the Restore, please check in at the front register and someone will assist you with your pick up. If there are any issues, please call 361-289-1740. It is recommended that you come equipped with the necessary man-power, rope, blankets, etc. to load your purchases, as we cannot guarantee someone will be available to help you load your purchased item(s).
***In an effort to maintain proper social distancing guidelines, please follow all instructions included in this email. We kindly ask that you and anyone with you to assist with loading, wear masks or face coverings. If you are sick or feeling under the weather, please reschedule your pick-up. For your safety, our staff will be required to wear masks and gloves while handling your items and interacting with you***
Delivery Details: Deliveries are ONLY made on Wednesdays and Fridays from 9:30am to 4:00pm. Any exceptions to this are at the discretion of the Executive Director. A Restore staff member will reach out to the number provided at checkout within 24 business hours to schedule delivery. If the staff member is unable to contact you within three (3) business days, the purchased items will be returned to stock. If there are any issues with your scheduled delivery date and time, please call 361-289-1740 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
